Yauger, Brett Smith

Dominic Massa is a partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1993. Mr. Massa has a general commercial litigation practice, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.

Practice

Mr. Massa has represented clients in patent suits involving computer software, integrated circuits, computer systems, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has also represented clients in a number of business disputes, including claims for antitrust violations, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Massa was a co-founder of a computer software company.
