Mr. Martinez has been practicing Bankruptcy for many years, and is licensed in the Northern, Eastern and Western Federal Districts of Texas. Mr. Martinez is a member of the El Paso Bar Association. Prior to moving to El Paso, Mr. Martinez practiced in Dallas, Texas, where he was a member of the Dallas and Tarrant County Bar Associates, as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Martinez received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
