I am an estate lawyer. I provide comprehensive estate planning and settlement services, including administration of decedent’s estates, simple and pour-over wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, supplemental needs trusts, charitable trusts, powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives, guardianships and conservatorships, and probate avoidance. I help people with the establishment, negotiation and finalization of agreements involving real estate.

I incorporate bankruptcy services into my estate practice. My office is a debt relief agency helping people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
