Wes P. Wollenweber is a shareholder with Donelson Ciancio & Grant, P.C., and heads the firm's Civil Litigation Team.
Wes concentrates his practice in the areas of Employment Law, Fair Housing Law, and Commercial Litigation. Additionally, he has significant experience in HOA Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Complex Collection matters.
Wes is a native of Colorado, with a proud family heritage of ranching homesteaders on both sides of his family. He graduated from Arvada West High School before continuing on at the University of Colorado at Boulder earning a degree in Communications. He then attended the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan, where he received his J.D.
Wes started his legal career in labor law in Detroit, Michigan, where unions are still strong. Wes returned to the Denver in 1997 and joined the law firm of Machol & Johannes. From 1999 through the beginning of 2012, Wes worked for Hopkins Tschetter Sulzer, P.C., where he developed a unique practice in Fair Housing. In May of 2012, he joined Donelson Ciancio & Grant, P.C. to head of the Civil Litigation Team.
He has held several leadership positions, including Chair of the Programs and Education Committee for the Community Associations Institute – Rocky Mountain Chapter. He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy and his B.A. graduating Magna cum laude from the University of Colorado.
