Eamonn S. Wisneski practices primarily in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation matters. Attorney Wisneski has years of experience in a wide variety of cases, such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, ice and snow cases, product liability cases, dog bites, uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, wrongful death, and other negligent and intentional tort cases. Prior to joining Dzialo, Pickett & Allen, P.C., Attorney Wisneski worked for two Hartford County law firms (in the practice of personal injury, worker’s compensation, and other civil litigation matters), and also worked as a clerk in the Superior Court Clerk’s office in the Judicial District of Middlesex in Middletown following his graduation from law school.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac University in 2001. Attorney Wisneski is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court (District of Connecticut).
Attorney Wisneski is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. He is active in the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and was named a Chair of the Litigation Section in 2011.
Attorney Wisneski was raised in Middletown, graduated from Middletown High, and currently resides in the Forest City with his wife and son.
