David Wolkenstein is an attorney with over fifteen years of experience. David has a broad based litigation and transactional practice, focusing primarily on representing individuals and small to mid-size businesses in all their litigation and business needs.
David has successfully litigated and advocated on behalf of his clients, disputes in such matters as partner/shareholder relationships, contracts, license, franchise and software development agreements, broker negligence, claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference in both State and Federal Courts, as well as before arbitrators and mediators. David also counsels lenders and developers in commercial mortgage foreclosures and all parties in real estate disputes.

Intertrade Internationale Ltd., 50 A.D.3d 575, 856 N.Y.S.2d 104 (1st Dept. 2008); and defendant; Lionhart Global Appreciation Fund, Ltd. v Essential Resources, Inc., 302 AD2d 334, 756 N.Y.S.2d 174 (1st Dept. 2003).
David also services the transactional needs of his clients and negotiates and drafts all forms of agreements, including operating/shareholder, employment, broker, confidentiality/non-disclosure, asset sale/purchase, license, staffing and vendor agreements, for clients in such representative industries as jewelry, gold, real estate, health care, food, manufacturing, distribution and transportation.
