Wolff, Steven H

William is an Associate Attorney at Schweigert, Klemin & McBride who is focused primarily on family law, probate, estate planning, real estate, landlord/tenant law and civil litigation. Originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, William attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where he majored in Business Management. While attending Concordia College, William was two-time all-conference in tennis and was active in numerous organizations. He graduated from Concordia College in 2008 Cum Laude.

William then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota. During law school, William clerked at the law firm Rosenquist, Arnason & Hankey and was an extern at the Grand Forks County District Court and Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office. While in law school, William was active in the Moot Court competition where he was a two-time semifinalist and two-time recipient of the Best Appellant Team Award” and also held leadership positions in the Student Bar Association and Criminal Law Association. William received his J.D. from UND Law in 2011 with distinction.

William is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Dakota. He is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Big Muddy Bar Association, Judge Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inns of Court, Young Professionals Network and the Young Lawyers Section.

In his free time, William enjoys tennis, golf, running, movies, and traveling.
