Tabitha Oman is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.

Ms. Oman's practice focuses on internal investigations, criminal matters and commercial litigation.
Ms. Oman has extensive experience in foreign affairs, including seven years as a Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State. Ms. Oman's experience also includes work on Capitol Hill and on the staff of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. While in law school, Ms. Oman interned with the Major Federal Crimes section of the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, where she second-chaired a narcotics conspiracy trial, and with the Office for the United States Trade Representative, where she assisted in negotiating trade agreements with European and Middle Eastern countries.
