Jonathan H. Winstead was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2004. Jonathan was born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. He graduated from Rocky Mount Senior High School in 1996. Jonathan graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University with BA degrees in History and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2004. Jonathon concentrates in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Jonathan's goal is to provide competent and effective legal services to his clients.
