Johanna S. Wilson graduated magna cum laude (Political Science)/ cum laude (English) from the University of California, Irvine in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Wilson received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001 and was selected to compete as a member of the school's National Moot Court and National Trial Competition teams and received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy. Ms. Wilson was admitted to the State Bars of California and New York in 2002.

Ms. Wilson began her practice in New York where her she focused on securities, antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wilson continued her practice in Orange County where she continued to focus on securities and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wilson served twice as a TAP (Trial Attorney Partnership) attorney with the Orange County District Attorney's office in the criminal as well as the environmental fraud divisions. Her current practice focuses on employment and complex commercial litigation.
