Kristine Wilson focuses her practice in the areas of land use, environmental and real estate law. Her work includes counseling and representing clients with respect to environmental review (NEPA/SEPA) and regulatory processes (e.g., FERC, Ecology, Corps), land use litigation (LUPA), growth management (GMA), wetland and shoreline regulations (CWA, SMA/CZMA), endangered species (ESA), zoning and building permits, municipal law, administrative law, subdivisions, and real estate transactional documents. She has assisted clients with regulatory permitting strategies and proceedings, environmental and land use litigation, commercial transactions, property transfers, development documentation, conveyances, and encumbrances. Kristine is part of the Real Estate and Environment and Natural Resources groups.
