Jennifer is a member of Maslon’s Litigation Group and assists local and national clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has particular experience representing clients ranging from middle-market to large corporations involved in high-stakes disputes, with a focus on contract, partnership and trust disputes. In addition, Jennifer has defended clients in product liability matters involving multi-state litigation. In all regards, Jennifer works closely with her clients to achieve their goals in the most efficient, cost-sensitive manner possible, working side-by-side with them every step of the way.
