Mrs. Williams is a 1995 graduate of Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. She then attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, and also visited for two semesters at the University of Alabama School of Law in 1998-1999. After returning to Georgetown to complete her studies, she received her Juris Doctorate in 2000. While in law school she enjoyed the opportunity to clerk at the United States Attorney's Office in D.C. in the Sex Offense Section. She later worked in the Office of Victim Assistance at the Alabama Attorney General's Office under Attorney General Bill Pryor. Upon receiving her J.D., Mrs. Williams clerked for Judge Sally Greenhaw in Montgomery County Circuit Court for over two years before joining the firm in September 2002.
