Williott, Anthony J.

Chris Williams is an associate attorney with Presbrey & Associates. Chris grew up in Chicago's south suburbs. Chris earned his B.A. in psychology and political science from North Central College (Naperville, Illinois) in 2005. While at North Central, Chris was a 4 year letter winner on the Cardinal Football team. He graduated Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law (DeKalb, Illinois) in 2008.

Chris is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is currently a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Illinois State, Kane County, DuPage County, and Will County Bar Associations. He is also an active member of the Naperville Noon Lions Club, a local organization that raises money to help community members who suffer from vision or hearing impairments.

Chris practices in the areas of workers' compensation, bankruptcy, and collections. Chris has appeared before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission on numerous cases. He has also argued many cases before the Illinois Appellate Court. Chris also frequently appears in U.S. Bankruptcy court, helping clients receive the debt relief they need. In the area of collections, Chris is aggressive in helping his clients claim the money they are owed. He has recovered funds due to clients for unpaid contracts, judgments, and settlements.

Chris is an avid runner, completing his first marathon in 2011 (Chicago Marathon). He also enjoys watching and participating in sports, as well as keeping up to date with the latest technology trends.
