Lynelle Maginley-Liddie has been involved in general commercial, toxic tort and product liability litigation since she joined the firm in the Fall of 2010.

Product Liability

Lynelle is involved in defending toxic tort actions such as a wrongful death action alleging exposure to benzene and a groundwater contamination suit, and she is also a member of the team defending a precision equipment manufacturer as part of the firm's role as national coordinating counsel in asbestos product liability litigation.

Commercial Litigation

Lynelle is also involved in the firm's commercial litigation practice, including participating in the defense of a major contractual dispute arising out of claimed cost-overruns related to a construction project.
