Williamson, Mark Rush

Caroline Williams focuses her practice on real estate financing, including the representation of financial institutions, real estate developers, and private corporate clients in a variety of real estate lending transactions. She has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in loan originations, commercial mortgage-backed securities, workouts, and restructurings with respect to real estate secured loans, including construction, acquisition, mezzanine, and securitized loans. Her experience also includes representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, coordinating the real estate aspects of private equity transactions, and documenting leases and sale-leaseback transactions.

Caroline is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
