Williams, Jason Lee

Mr. Wiggins is a partner in the firm's litigation group and represents companies and individuals in tort claims and business disputes.  He also handles criminal cases.  He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law, and has tried over 75 civil and criminal jury trials.

Mr. Wiggins has defended a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death claims involving product defects, industrial accidents, premises liability, automobile/truck accidents and nursing home claims.  He has also successfully prosecuted and defended many types of business disputes in the fields of banking, real estate development, energy and health care.

Mr. Wiggins is a member of the Florida Bar, and he is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

Mr. Wiggins received his bachelors degree, magna cum laude, in 1991 from Florida State University .  He received his J.D. in 1994, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law.  Before joining Beggs & Lane, he was a felony prosecutor with the Office of State Attorney.
