Prior to joining Kring & Chung, LLP, Ms. Wiederhold's experience rested in the areas of Personal Injury, Construction Defect, Real Estate, Business Formation, and Employment Law. During that time she successfully negotiated settlement for clients in Construction Defect litigation. Ms. Wiederhold is experienced in trial preparation and beginning the appellate process, particularly with regard to employment and construction defect lawsuits.
Ms. Wiederhold has a strong record of academic and professional achievements, most recent of which was her graduation from McGeorge School of Law with a certificate in Governmental Affairs. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Master of Science from Iowa State University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis.
While attending McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Wiederhold worked as a volunteer law clerk in the Attorney General’s Office - Department of Justice, Public Rights Division. While volunteering she was paired with the Agricultural Law section due to her background in Agriculture. She assisted with employment law issues and an agricultural commission, in addition to administrative law pertaining to the California Air Resources Board.
She also obtained a certificate in International Studies while attending the University of Salzburg Faculty of Law located in Austria as well as the State University of St. Petersburg located in Russia. While attending the University of Salzburg Faculty of Law, Ms. Wiederhold studied under Justice Anthony Kennedy on the topic of Studied Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States. While attending the State University of St. Petersburg, Ms. Wiederhold emphasized her studies in Comparative International Law. She completed courses in International Trade, Russian Business Law, Public International Law, Comparative Antitrust Law, and the Russian language.
At Kring & Chung, LLP, Ms. Wiederhold represents subcontractors in construction defect lawsuits.
Ms. Wiederhold is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the American Agricultural Law Association. She enjoys refurbishing antiquated furniture, with a focus on birdhouses, as well as crocheting in her spare time.
