Birdwell-Zink, Lisa

Jackie Bird represents health care entities in transactional and compliance matters, including 501(c)(3) financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestiture activities, fraud and abuse enforcement, and Medicare reimbursement matters. She also provides client counseling in several areas related to the health care industry. Jackie previously practiced as a registered nurse at St. Louis Children's Hospital and remains licensed as a registered nurse in Missouri as well as in California.

Jackie is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Health Lawyers Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, a nursing honor society.
