Mark S. Lynch is an experienced counsel with 25 years of experience in the practice of estate and trust planning, estate administration and litigation, real estate, tax law and civil litigation. As a past President and Director Emeritus of the Maryland Land Title Association, he is a popular and frequent lecturer to national audiences in the practice areas of federal taxation, ethics and real estate law. Mr. Lynch has advanced tax law training (Master of Laws in Federal Taxation) and is an adjunct faculty member of Catholic University School of Law where he teaches real estate law and finance. He is the author of "Flipping Real Estate-The HUD Response", presented at the American Land Title Association National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona and published in the American Land Title Association national magazine, Title News, in March of 2004, "Ethics in the Real Estate Marketplace: presented at the American Land Title Association National Convention in San Francisco, California and published in the American Land Title Association national magazine, Title News, in March of 2007 and "Will IRS Knock on Your Door - The Fraud Epidemic" presented at the American Land Title Association National Convention in Palm Beach Florida in October of 2009. A former Senior Maryland Counsel for one of the largest national title insurance underwriters in the United States, Mr. Lynch is an experienced and aggressive advocate for his clients in creating legal strategies and solutions in the most complex controversies.
