Wilchins, Stephen N.

Tess earned her BS in political Science from from DePauw University in 1992. Tess received her J.D. Degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. Tess spent the first 10 years of practice in Chicago in civil litigation where she tried dozens of personal injury cases. Upon returning to her home state of Indiana in 2005, Tess worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company litigating personal injury cases.

Tess offers a unique perspective to her clients because she knows how the insurance company works and knows how to best help you get the money you deserve for your injuries. Tess wanted to start her own practice so she could utilize her knowledge and experience to help the injured find justice.  In 2008, Tess founded White and Champagne allowing her to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection. In addition, Tess is committed to finding creative, simple solutions to legal disputes.

Tess is sustaining member and of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Tess is licensed to practice law in Indiana, Illinois and the Northern and Southern District of the United States District Court of Indiana.
