Stephen Lux is Of Counsel to the Firm resident in the San Diego office. Mr. Lux has practiced law in California for over 25 years, specializing in complex litigation and arbitration matters on both the plaintiff and defense side. Mr. Lux is highly experienced in all phases of civil litigation, and has conducted hundreds of depositions and personally tried dozens of trials and arbitrations. His principal areas of practice include business disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, employment, professional liability, intellectual property, and securities fraud. As the former managing partner of the San Diego branch of a Los Angeles law firm, Mr. Lux has supervisory and management experience as well.
