Kristi Whiteside has experience in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters including product liability, general and mass tort litigation, labor negotiations, and environmental insurance coverage cases. In addition, Kristi has represented clients on energy regulatory matters before the FERC. Kristi's experience includes participation in hearings before state and federal courts as well as mediations. She has also worked with financial, scientific, and technical experts.

For the past several years, Kristi has spent the majority of her time participating in the defense of a safety products company in more than 900 active individual occupational exposure product liability lawsuits involving over 25,000 individual claimants.

Kristi has handled matters for clients Beazer East, British Petroleum, Experian Information Services, General Motors, Invensys, Mellon Bank, Norcross, North Safety Products, Norton Company, Occidental Chemical, R.J. Reynolds, Texas Instruments, Textron, TRW, and Williams Natural Gas.
