Thor is a partner in the firm's Transactional Group and a member of the firm's Management Committee. His practice concentrates on all aspects of corporate law, business transactions and finance, including domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and debt and equity restructuring and financing under securities and banking laws. Thor regularly advises boards of directors of public and private companies on strategic and corporate governance matters and has conducted internal investigations throughout the world.
