Alpert, Steven R

Mitchell Allen is the senior and managing partner in the firm. Mr. Allen graduated with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, with honor, from the Ohio State University. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1990. In law school, Mr. Allen received several academic honors. In his final year of law school, he was selected for the Jessup International Moot Court competition team that went on to Washington D.C. for the final competition.

Mr. Allen has served as an acting judge from 1996 to 2006.

Mr. Allen represents clients with various legal needs. Mr. Allen's two main areas of practice are bankruptcy and immigration. He also has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal matters. In addition to the above areas, he represents many businesses in the area and provides them with an array of legal services. Mr. Allen is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Ohio, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the United States Immigration Court.
