Attorney Patrick White provides legal representation to businesses and individuals throughout the state of Iowa. Prior to founding White Law Firm, located in Des Moines, Mr. White was a partner in Iowa's largest law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in disputes of every size and complexity. Mr. White has spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom and has successfully represented clients in jury and non-jury trials. He prides himself on his aggressiveness in litigation, commitment to excellence, and unwavering dedication to his clients.

Mr. White practices exclusively in litigation. His three primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, administrative appeals, and personal injury litigation. Mr. White's commercial litigation practice includes disputes involving shareholders, partners, and other business relationships; trust and estate litigation; disputes involving product sales agreements, financing agreements, insurance and annuity agreements, and agriculture and other commercial contracts; and other business issues. Mr. White's administrative law practice includes representing long-term care providers and other Medicaid health care organizations in dealing with the Iowa Department of Human Services and Iowa Medicaid Enterprises. His personal injury practice includes motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice claims, and premises liability cases. Mr. White also handles all types of appellate cases before the Iowa Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. White graduated from Drake University with a major in finance (corporate), and graduated Order of the Coif and with highest honors from Drake University Law School. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Iowa and in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to practicing law, Mr. White has lectured on various litigation topics, including general practice and procedure and electronic discovery issues.
