Whitley, Scott M.

Terrence T. Wheeler is a lawyer with the law firm of Artz, Dewhirst and Wheeler, LLP in Columbus, Ohio.  Terry works primarily in the areas of criminal, traffic and OVI (drunk driving) law, employment law, and civil litigation; and serves as a private mediator and arbitrator for a variety of matters.

In addition, Terry is a co-director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Capital University Law School, where he is also an adjunct professor teaching negotiation and mediation courses.  Terry has been active in the dispute resolution at the local, state, national and international levels providing training and program implementation assistance to schools, universities, communities, courts, government agencies, and private and non-profit organizations. 

Terry is a graduate of the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and served as President of the Board of Directors for the Association for Conflict Resolution, President of the Board for Kaleidoscope Youth Coalition and Vice President for Stonewall Columbus.
