Natalie Hirt Adams is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2010.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Adams clerked for the Honorable Susan H. Black, on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also worked for a non-governmental organization in Tanzania, helping to create institutional obstacles to political corruption.
Practice
Ms. Adams has assisted in defending corporate clients targeted by government investigations and class action lawsuits. She also demonstrates consistent commitment to WilmerHale’s pro bono principles. Some of Ms. Adams’ pro bono efforts have included providing strategic counsel to clients seeking legislative change, preparing clients to testify before congress, helping victims of domestic violence obtain U-nonimmigrant visas and helping criminal defendants pursue claims of actual innocence.
