Terese A. West focuses her practice primarily on resolving disputes involving secured and unsecured commercial lending, real estate, contracts, business torts, and professional liability.
Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Ms. West externed with a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. She also clerked for an appellate judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Ms. West also served for several years as the Controller for a closely-held business. As a result, she understands the practical challenges that business owners face, and counsels them accordingly.
Ms. West has lectured on the topic of business and the law, including the fundamentals of starting a business, regulatory compliance, staffing, contracting, data management, and loss prevention.
