Morgan Barfield has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area most of his life. He received a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in three years and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida in two and a half years. Morgan carries the same drive he relied on in graduating years ahead of schedule into his practice. Morgan possesses first chair jury and bench trial experience in personal injury, workers compensation and insurance litigation which provides his clients with the requisite knowledge necessary to properly evaluate a claim and try it when necessary.

Through his extensive litigation experience, Morgan has deposed witnesses in the fields of geology, geophysics, forensics, accident reconstruction, fire origin, general contracting and structural and electrical engineering, orthopedics, neurology, chiropractic medicine, neuro-radiology, traffic homicide, maintenance of traffic, cardiology, opthomology, plastic surgery and autopsy physicians,. Morgan spent the majority of his career representing statewide insurance companies and corporations of all sizes including State Farm, Mercury, Travelers, Nationwide, St Johns, Homewise and Argus to name a few. Mr. Barfield has been involved in drafting the language of insurance policies as well as Florida Statutes and appeals.
It is this experience that gives Morgan the unique insight of the inner workings of insurance companies and how they evaluate claims. Morgan takes pride in the fact that this insight and experience ensures that his clients' claims receive the proper attention and significance they deserve and stay one step ahead of the insurance companies.
Personal Biography
Morgan is a sports and fan of anything outdoors. He loves basketball, tennis and running as well as boating. Morgan has a passion for traveling the world with his wife, Jessica, and son, Kellen. As much as he also loves his two dogs, they have to stay at home.
