After law school Ms. Lowe practiced insolvency law and represented debtors before the United States Federal Court, in the District of New Mexico. This practice included all facets of civil litigation, to include family law, contract matters, probate issues, and personal injury cases.
This experience led to her tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, for the Second Judicial District Attorney's office in Bernalillo County. For nearly seven years, Ms. Lowe prosecuted a variety of criminal cases to include extensive work in the areas of misdemeanor DWI and Domestic Violence offenses. Her practice evolved to include the felony prosecution of organized crime, drug, gun and property offenses.
In 2012, Ms. Lowe returned to civil practice. It is with great conviction that she commits herself to providing aggressive and experienced representation to both debtors and individuals accused of crime. Her experience as a former prosecutor gives her a unique insight into the world of criminal defense and litigation.
