Wettach, Thomas C.

Todd practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus in the areas of patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. Using his biochemistry background, Todd has worked extensively with generic pharmaceutical companies challenging the intellectual property rights of their competitors through ANDA litigation. Todd has litigated patent infringement disputes in a variety of other disciplines as well, including the electrical and mechanical arts. In 2007 Minnesota Law & Politics magazine named Todd a "Rising Star."

Todd currently teaches Intellectual Property Moot Court at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he also coaches the Giles Rich Moot Court team.
