Born in 1983, Mr. Longyear was graduated from Georgetown University magna cum laude in 2005 and Fordham Law School magna cum laude in 2008, where he was a Notes and Articles Editor on the Fordham Law Review. After graduation from law school, Mr. Longyear was an associate at the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP from 2008 to 2009 and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, from 2009 to 2010 and to the Honorable Dennis Jacobs, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Longyear joined LS&W in 2011.
