Matthew Welker graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Science in December 2008. Matthew then attended law school at the University of Dayton ("UDSL") in Dayton, OH. Matthew participated in Dayton's accelerated program and finished his degree in five semesters. During his tenure at UDSL, Matthew participated in the Dayton Law Review as a staff writer and a publication editor. He earned his degree in January 2012, graduating in the top 10% of his class and was even awarded the CALI Award for top score in several of his classes.
Matthew joined Walk Law Firm in August 2012. His current practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, including drafting, formation of businesses, contract review, commercial disputes, including foreclosure matters and other transactional matters for a variety of business clients, including hotels, convenience stores, online retailers, manufacturers and others.
Matthew is admitted to the practice of law in Florida.
