Weisberger, Steven A.

Elanna Weinstein joined the firm in 2008 and is admitted to the Virginia Bar.
 
Ms. Weinstein is involved in all aspects of the firm's representation including divorce, custody and support matters, criminal defense, personal injury, collection, election law and wills.  She has handled cases in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.
 
Ms. Weinstein is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association, where she was elected to the board of the Young Lawyer Section and was appointed to the Circuit Court Committee.  She currently serves on the Domestic Relations Subcommittee and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Committee.
 
Ms. Weinstein attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2004.
  
Ms. Weinstein earned her law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2008, where she was Vice President of the Health Law Society and Secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Students Association.  She also competed in the 2008 Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.

While in Law School, Ms. Weinstein was a Law Clerk for Schultz & Trombly, PLLC.  She also interned for the National Science Foundation.
