Scott Livingston has significant experience in commercial and business litigation. Mr. Livingston has litigated in both state and federal trial courts and state appellate courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Florida Commission on Human Relations, including Florida's Division of Administrative Hearings, and Florida's Agency for Workforce Innovation. Mr. Livingston has focused his practice on aiding businesses and employers with the broad array of legal challenges that confront businesses in today's environment, ranging from employment disputes to business tort and contract claims.
