Daniel J. Weber has over 25 years of experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, owners, developers and sureties in the development and construction of industrial plants, co-generation facilities, fossil fuel power plants, highways, schools, hospitals, office, retail, condominium, state, federal, and residential projects throughout the Eastern United States. He has lectured on construction issues, has served as an arbitrator for almost 20 years, and has extensive experience with mediation. Dan also has knowledge of local government and education law in Georgia. He served in the Georgia State Senate from 2005 to 2011 and was honored to serve as the Chair of the Senate Education & Youth Committee, Secretary of the State and Local Government Committee, and as a member of the Judiciary, Special Judiciary and Natural Resources Committees. Dan was appointed to the Governor’s Water Contingency Task Force, the Professional Standards Commission, and the Charter Advisory Committee for the State of Georgia. In 2011, he was honored to receive a Proclamation from the City of Dunwoody granting him a key to the city. Dan has a background in mechanical engineering and was named the Outstanding Student Engineer in Ohio for 1979 by the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers.
