Mr. Aronson has been an attorney in the Mercer County Community since 1966 and provides services for Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson's clients in his areas of expertise which includes Wills and Trust Document Preparation and Administration, and Tax and Estate Planning. His practice also focuses on business law and taxation, including closely-held corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and proprietorship operations. He is admitted to practice before the tax court of the United States and is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the American Bar Association. His wealth of experience and information in these areas contributes to the services we can offer you as both an individual planning your own financial affairs and negotiating the tax laws for your business or corporation.
