Mitchell D. Webber is a senior associate in the firm's Honolulu office and is a member of the Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.
Prior Work Experience
- During law school, Mitch worked as a research assistant for Professor Alan Dershowitz on op-ed, book, and criminal defense matters.
- Following law school, Mitch served as law clerk to the Honorable Mark L. Wolf, Chief United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts.
- Prior to joining Carlsmith Ball, Mitch spent four years with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, working in the Business and Securities Litigation Departments.
