Aaron J. Weaver practices primarily in the fields of family law, personal injury, and insurance defense. Prior to joining Carluzzo Rochkind & Smith, P.C., Aaron worked as a contract attorney assisting with large-scale corporate litigation. As a student at the University of the District of Columbia - David A. Clarke School of Law, Aaron was involved in two pro bono legal clinics. In the Community Development Legal Clinic, he assisted limited-equity housing cooperatives with D.C. housing law matters, and counseled D.C. residents who endeavored to start a small business or non-profit organization. While working in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, he provided legal services to individuals facing removal proceedings. While a student at David A. Clarke School of Law, Aaron was the recipient of an Equal Justice Works Fellowship (2009) and an Equal Justice America Fellowship (2010) providing civil legal services to individuals in need.
