Hilary A. Wayne holds a B.S. from Wofford College and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Wayne's primary focus involves complex litigation in the firm's Personal Injury and Premises Liability Group. She is also experienced in matters involving complex business litigation, intellectual property disputes and patent, copyright and trademark infringement. Ms. Wayne also has considerable experience in drafting patent and trademark applications. She is currently a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Lawyer's Club of Atlanta and the Junior League of Atlanta.
