Rebecca Kathleen Watts wanted to be a lawyer before she even knew what it really meant to be a lawyer. With only the knowledge she had gleaned from watching television shows and movies about lawyers, Rebecca entered law school without an idea of what type of law she wanted to practice.
In her second year of law school Rebecca took her first family law course, and from that moment forward she knew that family law was the area of practice she wanted to focus on. Since she began practicing, Rebecca has made a commitment to high standards, and in that pursuit she was certified as a Family Law Specialist in 2005 and as a Family Financial Mediator in 2007.
Each case is different, because each person and each family is different. What works well for one client or family may not work well for another. What is common among all of Rebecca's clients at Krusch & Sellers, P.A., though, is that the process of divorce and resolution of issues of custody, money, and property is the most difficult and emotional process they have experienced.
There is no way to make the experience stress-free, but the right attorney can certainly help to make it less stressful. While we cannot predict the outcome of your case, we can help you through this process by negotiating resolution when possible and litigating when necessary.
