Melissa Abu-Adas earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Drew University. graduating Summa Cum Laude. She attended Rutgers School of Law - Newark where she was a student attorney for the Federal Tax Law Clinic and a Teaching Assistant for both Legal Research and Writing and Civil Procedure. She completed an Appellate Division clerkship for the Honorable Victor Ashrafi, J.A.D. Melissa is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and is awaiting admission to the Pennsylvania Bar. She currently practices in the areas of estate administration, guardianships, and estate planning, with a focus on Medicaid planning and Medicaid applications. She lives in Toms River, New Jersey, with her husband and son.
