Since 1990, I have represented a wide variety of parties in hundreds of bankruptcy cases including individuals and businesses, bankruptcy trustees, manufacturers, student loan agencies, restaurants, landlords, lessors, mortgagees and buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings.
