Wendy Walton practices corporate law with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions and compliance. She has represented a variety of the Firm's private and public company clients in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions as well as private and public equity transactions (including initial public offerings).

Wendy has represented such clients as Alderwoods Group, Alon U.S.A. Energy, Amerisafe, BenefitMall, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Michaels Stores, and Parallel Investment Partners.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
