J. Buckley Warden IV practices primarily in the firm's Civil Litigation Group, with a focus on serving businesses and individuals involved in contract disputes.

Mr. Warden's cases include non-compete agreements, insurance contracts, acquisition and development loan and construction loan breaches, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, and business-to-business or individual-to-business contracts. Having worked on federal court cases involving tens of thousands of documents, Mr. Warden has experience with complex discovery battles where multi-million dollar damage claims are on the line.
