Jason Wallach is a partner in Dickstein Shapiro's Complex Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practices.
Mr. Wallach has extensive experience litigating complex, multijurisdictional cases, particularly in the areas of insurance coverage and state and federal false claim actions. In the course of representing Dickstein Shapiro's clients in state and federal courts, as well as in mediations and arbitrations, Mr. Wallach has developed an in-depth understanding of electronic discovery requirements, document and claim information databases, automated litigation support systems, and exposure and damages analyses. He has worked closely with consulting and testifying experts to develop and evaluate potential analyses and presentations for federal and state qui tam actions and has negotiated settlements with counsel for states, the federal government, and relators in such actions.
Mr. Wallach also has a significant pro bono practice, in which he represents clients in federal and state courts in parole and landlord-tenant matters.
