I represent businesses and individuals in intellectual property, commercial and consumer litigation, as well as employment matters. I was named to the prestigious 40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty To Watch list. I was twice been named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star. Additionally, I helped draft the amendment to the Illinois class action statute. The amendment helps channel leftover class action funds to disadvantaged persons in need of legal aid.
I have been the chair of the Chicago Bar Association Consumer Law Committee and Class Litigation Committee. I am a member of the Chicago Bar Foundation Cy Pres Committee. I am admitted to practice in Illinois, the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. I am also a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. I received my J.D. in 1996 from the DePaul College of Law where I was the Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Commercial and Business Law Journal.
