Sarah Vitelli is a founding partner of Black & Vitelli, LLC. She has been studying the practice of immigration law exclusively since 2003. Ms. Vitelli's practice ranges from family and business immigration to asylum and deportation cases. Ms. Vitelli has successfully represented clients at numerous interviews with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and in hearings before the Boston Immigration Court. In addition, she has successfully secured nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for her clients including H-1B petitions and permanent residence applications through PERM and EB-1 petitions. Ms. Vitelli is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She speaks for a variety of associations on topics ranging from immigration law to managing a law practice. Her practice has been spotlighted by many organizations including New England School of Law's alumni magazine, The Bridge. Ms. Vitelli is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
