Jacqueline Lee's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in district courts in patent infringement and copyright infringement cases, as well as cases involving computer trespass claims, federal and state computer access and fraud statutes, and other related claims. Jacqueline also counsels clients regarding various strategic patent, copyright, and trademark infringement issues.

While attending law school, Jacqueline worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald Quidachay and the Honorable James Warren, then judges for the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.

Jacqueline is the Silicon Valley Office contact for the Firm's E-Discovery Committee.
